Let me preface this by saying that I don’t currently have pets that would cause stains, but I do have two beautiful babies (ages 2 and 4) that know how to make a mess and cause some stains!

What I love most about this system is how compact and portable it is. It was very easy to put together and it was very easy to use. This particular system came with an 8oz bottle of floor cleaner, and 8oz bottle of Boost cleaner, 3-in-1 stair cleaning tool, 3-inch tough stain cleaning tool, Hydrorinse self-cleaning hose tool, and a spraying crevice tool. 

I’ve tried this system on three things already: an area rug that my kids use often, a few of my carpeted stairs (this worked especially great on the stairs but I forgot to get pictures), and I also cleaned some rugs that I have in front of my doors. All of this was done with one tank full of clean water and solution (large area line).

I’ve attached pictures of the kids rug before and after. I feel like I could have gotten the rug cleaner if I could have allowed the pre-treatment to sit a bit longer. Having two little ones doesn’t allow for too much extra time. I am still very pleased with how well this cleaned that rug. There was also some play doh stuck on the rug that this was able to get off (using the 3-inch tough stain tool). 

I love stair cleaning tool. It rotates easily to clean flat, the stair nose, and the crevices. I’ll be using this more to clean all of my stairs one night when my kids are asleep. 

The hydrorinse tool is awesome! I looked into the hose and saw so much dirt and crap. I put the tool on and it cleaned it out so well. I don’t have to worry about e hose clogging up with too much dirt. I was really impressed by this because not many other systems have anything for cleaning the hose. 

The only thing that I was not impressed by was how dirty the water was that I pulled out of the rugs and carpet. Needless to say, I’ll be using this more often than not! 

Awesome system even without having pets/pet stains to clean. Also, the solution has a nice smell to it. Not too strong and definitely eliminates odors.

Great Spot Cleaner for Kid Messes

The BISSELL SpotClean ProHeat Pet Portable Carpet Cleaner, 2513W is awesome i bought it for my daughter so she can use it to clean her furniture,  her dogs shed hair everywhere and her kids spill stuff on her furniture and this is great for cleaning the furniture.

Awesome portable vaccum

This machine was easy to use and clean. We don't have any pets but I feel the pet cleaners do a more powerful job than normal hand held cleaners. Love all the attachments and cleaners it came with. When I was done cleaning my chair, it looked new again! Also, it was easy to clean after I was done using it. It's a must have if you looking for a lightweight easy to use device that cleans/gets rid of stains quickly.

Excellent cleaner!

I love this machine!  Works great.  My cat recently got very sick and had so many bad accidents even in his cat condo that he loves so much!  This machine was able to clean and make his favorite place perfect again!!  The different tools were able to get clean all the curves of his condo!!  Thank you for this awesome marchine and tools for my best friend!!

Easy to use and really sucks out the bad stuff

First and foremost, you must remember that this is meant for spot cleaning. I had spot on my rug and tried this when I received it and this machine totally got rid of the spot. I did not have to put the machine together when it arrived. All I had to do was pull it out of the box and attach the cleaning attachments where they belong. Pro heat means that it will keep the water heated while you are using it. But you first have to use hot water and mix with the solutions. I have only used the small area line since my spot cleaning is not huge giant spills. I am still on the original solution that I mixed for small messes. Now, I did take the solution out and placed in measuring cup and used my reheat button on the microwave to warm up the water when I needed to spot clean something else. It is very easy to take dirty water out and rinse the container and all tools that come with it. Everything is easy peasy to me and I am 66. I love how everything can be stored right on the machine and you have a built in carrying handle to haul it around. You get a 3" tough stain tool and a 3-N-1 stair tool. I have only used the 3" tough stain tool. I have attached a picture showing stains before using the machine and then after I spot cleaned with the Bissell.

The little machine that works

This is the second small Bissel we've owned. The first one was the early version (2006) of the Little Green.  That machine was amazing and is still available for purchase, but I decided to give this one a try because of the ProHeat feature.  I'm using it to clean up after an older cat with a sensitive stomach. The areas are smaller in nature so the 3” cleaning tool and much smaller water reserve tank works. Honestly I can't speak to the ProHeat feature because I put hot water in the tank and went through the tank very quickly.  This would be incredibly annoying if you were trying to clean a larger area or furniture.  The ProHeat feature is not a game changer and I wouldn't buy the machine for that feature.  The Little Green machine comes with a 4” cleaning tool and larger water reserve which means less trips to empty and refill your tank - depending on the job.  The Little Green is a larger machine.  I liked that this one was more compact.  I also love the feature that allows you to flush out the hose when you're done using it and the 3” head now comes apart for easy cleaning - great improvements over the 2006 version.  I don't think you can go wrong with any Bissel product - just consider the job you're going to tackle and go from there.  Happy cleaning! 😉
