This chair is very small, made for people about 5'2".  If that's the case this chair is a perfect fit!  The seat is quite firm.  The electronic recline is smooth.  It came with the back needing to be assemble to the base and a plug to connect which only took me about 2 minutes to accomplish!  It appears to be SERTA quality and the material is nice and soft to the touch.

Wonderful for small adults!

I've had mine for2 weeks.  When it came my husband sat in it and he wanted me to reorder one for him.  His came yesterday.  He loves it as much as I do.

This recliner is outstanding! I was reluctant to buy because price was so low (under $300) compared to other recliners. I needed to buy one for my elderly mother's bedroom so she could sit and watch tv - so it had to be comfortable. I didn't want anything too fancy but did know it had to be electric because she's not strong enough to use the old type side handles. The trusted Serta brand and reviews made me give it a try but I did hold my breath. I received the recliner in 2 days and WHOA! It was easy to put together (I did by myself, female 5'1) and is very plush and beautiful. I bought the beige, so elegant. I'm thinking about buying another for myself in gray. Don't hesitate this purchase, you can't beat the price and quality.

Walmart was very good at a quick ship. I think I had it in about a week but not much longer. For $312 I got exactly what I thought I was getting. I was not going to go to the store and spent $800 or more for the same thing.  I am 5 foot eight. I do not think I would like it if I was 6 foot. The back is for me perfect, but very short

Very good purchase

Bought this chair for an extra bedroom. Its not a really big chair but not small either. It fits myself being 5ft 160 lbs but also my husband 6 ft 190lbs and son 6ft 240lbs. It's super soft and comfortable. The electric reclining is smooth. It's a great chair
