I just cooked steaks on my Pioneer Woman Timeless Beauty 11-inch Square Grill Pan and it turned out wonderful!! Left the prettiest grill marks from the ridges on the loan. The pan itself feels very heavy duty! Thick and weights alot. Has 2 handles on the side for pick up. Thought it was great that it comes preseasoned (important for cast iron). Love that its versatile it can be used on grill or in oven whichever fits your needs best. I highly recommend it

Heck ya

This is a great grill pan. It comes preseasoned and has a very sturdy and flat base. Maintain it well and it will probably last you decades. It is a perfect size for grilling your food on your stove. I was able to easily fit 5 chicken thighs pieces and add some vegetables as well. Everything cooked evenly and so well. The grill markes on the food were amazing. Now there was huge amounts of smoke it generated. I guess I might have added too much oil. Will try with less next time. Cleaning took me sometime as Iam still new to using cast iron so will take some time to get a hang of it. Overall i liked this product and would recommend it to anyone.

Great product for indoor cooking

I received this product from the Spark Reviewer program. I started using it the very next day I received the grill pan, and I really like it alot. So far what I've cooked it, has cooked evenly, I made grilled vegetables, burgers, & potatoes. It's lightweight, easy to move around, easy to clean following the helpful care instructions that were included with the pan. I truly like this pan, and would recommend to others.

Great Grill Pan

The Pioneer Woman Timeless Beauty 11-inch Square Grill Pan is a pre-seasoned cast iron pan that's the perfect thickness, making it solid enough to last an eternity but light enough to handle. The handles are part of the cast iron construction so you'll always need to wear kitchen mitts when using this pan. The grooves are deep - more than 1/4" - great for grilling things that are juicy, but also gives you a little more to have to clean as well. There's a spout on each end opposite the handles to pour liquids out. This is a very well designed pan that I will get a ton of use from for years to come. Highly recommended!

Great looking grill pan that will last a lifetime

I have wanted a cast iron grill pan for a long time that I could use in my smaller (than usual) oven, but could not find one without a long handle. I was eager to get this Pioneer Woman Timeless Beauty 11-inch Square Grill Pan, which has small side handles, and it fits!

I applied a small amount of cooking oil to the grill pan and raised it up to medium/high temperature on my electric ceramic cooktop. It heated up quickly! When I observed a small amount of smoke I placed some marinated boneless chicken on the grill pan. I only needed two tonight, but I could have easily put 6 in the pan if needed! I was excited to see the BEAUTIFUL grill marks it made, and then transferred the pan to a 425 degree oven and finished the chicken until an internal temperature of 165 degrees. The chicken came out tender and juicy and tasted like I made them on the grill!

I was a little worried about cleanup, as the first few times cleaning cast iron pans can be a chore, but the level of pre-seasoning prevented the chicken from sticking, so I only had to clean off the marinate that had crusted in the bottom of the grill pan. I used the Kosher salt method, rinsed in cold water, and dried the pan in the oven. It did take a little time to get clean (but not too long) but hopefully that gets better with use. I applied a shortening after it dried then stored it away.

I can't wait to try steaks next!

I appreciate the flat bottom (so it works well with my electric flat top stove) , the compact handles so I feel balanced while transferring it from stove to oven, and the pour spouts on both sides to be able to easily pour off any grease.

I highly recommend the Pioneer Woman Timeless Beauty 11-inch Square Grill Pan! I will be getting another one for our camper!

Perfect size for small ovens!

I absolutely love this pan. Nice and heavy, already seasoned cast iron. What more could you ask for. It's large able to accommodate a lot at one time. As I'm typing my review I have a half chicken and a gang of Brussel Sprouts roasting in the oven. I am very pleased with this. Thank you.

This is definitely a quality product, nice size, I like the pour spouts. However, it is not a product I would use during winter months as there is a considerable amount of smoke produced while cooking meat indoors. I cooked steak and hamburger patties in the pan. I would recommend to friends - with the warning about smoke produced.

Quality product - for spring/summer

I bought this because it was pre seasoned and I like the diagonal ridges of the pan which I thought would give my food wonderful grill marks.

Disappointingly, in my first attempt to use the pan, my chicken stuck so badly; it was insane. I will have to re-season.
