What’s with the info “no charging cord included “ ?

This PS5 controller not only looks better but is sturdier than previous Play Station controllers. The kids have dropped it a few times and no problems so far. The only thing I would add to it would be a better grip. The Xbox controllers have more of it on the handles and it feels better.

I liked how the shipping was nearly instant. Received the product in less than 2 days. The haptic feedback on the controller is enough to make one switch from Xbox to PS. Very satisfied overall!

Phenomenal!

This controller is absolutely amazing, although it was hard to get used to since I constantly used a DualShock 4. This controller is so much bigger rounder and heavier than the DualShock 4, which isn't really a big deal but it takes my mind off the game for a moment. Lastly I tried to connect it to my PC which worked perfectly but the controller could not play any games. So personally while the controller is great this app needs a 4.5 rating to really say the truth of how good and bad it is.

Best Contoller Ever

Great buy fast delivery

The shipping box had a giant label saying “time sensitive.” It may as well had said “steal me.” And it looked like someone (either the fedex courier or Walmart employee) had opened the shipping box to see take a peak and attempted re-taped it poorly. I hope this doesn't happen with the PS5.

The dual sense controller itself looks and feels fantastic in the hands. But I can't test it until PS5 arrives.

Someone opened the shipping box and attempted

This controller came damaged. The charging port on the controller wasn't aligned properly so you couldn't plug it in to charge. And the R1 button was caved in and you couldn't press it. I got it along with a ps5 and a game he had been wanting for his birthday. After I gave it all to him he obviously wanted to play with his friends but was unable to due to this controller being broken. I took it to a Walmart near me (I had purchased everything thru the Walmart app) and was told no, that I had purchased it thru a third party on the Walmart app and I would have to return it online. So I came home and contacted the seller thru Walmart as she said (over a month ago) and have yet to hear anything back. $80 for a paper weight. And to top it off apparently the ps5 came from Japan and doesn't play any DVD's as they are not the appropriate region. Be careful when ordering thru Walmart they don't honor your purchases.

Be weary

I have received my third paddle from Walmart. And the warranty does not work. I do not suggest buying a paddle from Walmart unless it is in the box with the PlayStation.

Poor

The controller was not as advertised. This is not a Playstation Dual-sense controller it is offbrand. I believe the actual Playstation brand of the white controller is cheaper than this.
