Bodum is the only press to have. Please note the size (oz) for what you want.  This size 0.35 L is only big enough to brew one normal size cup. I should've ordered the 34 oz ( equals 2 to 3 cups).

Well made French Press. Dont use less than coarse ground beans. I recommend you splurge on some really good gourmet beans.  This size pot only takes one of the included scoops to create a tasty cup.

Not A Toy

Super happy with this purchase! I highly recommend. With this size I can make 1 batch and drink 4 or 5 servings throughout the day since I do not prefer it hot. Perfect for me!

So this is a great LITTLE French Press.  My bad for not reading beyond makes 3 cups. That must be 3 espresso cups.  It barely makes 1 mug.  The description clearly gives 12 oz capacity and 3 cups.  I blew the 12 oz.    However, that said, I love the little guy.  I will probably order another one that makes 8 cups so I get 2 mugs of Java.

Just as described

This is definitely an upgrade to the previous bodum press I had before.  This unit is mostly stainless steel. There are reports of rusting from those that put it through a dishwasher which I have never considered.  My previous press had a lot of plastic. The plastic press filter eventually broke after several years of use.  I don't expect that to happen to this one.  If it does break I will update my review

Looks all right performs decent, I just wish it was a little more sturdy. Seems a little unstable when I’m trying to push the strainer down into it so I hold on to make sure it doesn’t spill over. Very glad that I can just stick this in the dishwasher.

It's pretty good I guess

The frame, apparently made of stainless steel, started rusting after 1 use from residual water drops at the base and areas where the frame touches the glass carafe. This is my first bodum but read great things about it. Apparently this must be a more recent problem since I noticed customer reviews of dissatisfaction due to rusting on other websites also.
