I love it love it love it it saves me so much time and cleans so good I live out in a ranch  the dust and dirt are terrible and this machine picks it up so good my floor have no dust or dirt at all!!! my carpet is super clean I have five kids you could imagine how much dirt get in the carpet  and floor not even my vacuum could pick up the dirt completely BUT  this machine workes great I honestly regret not buying it sooner.. I haven't tried the mopping yet but if I love the vacuum I'm pretty sure that I'm going to love the mapping

Dislike, is has to map the whole house so you can assign rooms, well the battery goes low before ending the mapping.

After putting the Shark AI VACMOP 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum Cleaner in my home, I couldn't be happier with my purchase! It has exceeded my expectations, and I can proudly say that it is the best cleaning appliance I've ever bought.  I love that it can both vacuum and mop; the vacuuming is thorough and picks up dirt, dust, and pet hair on the first pass. It has incredible suction power and really gets into those hard to reach places, which has saved me precious time and effort. It also has an impressive self-cleaning feature that cleans the filter after each use so I don't have to do it by hand.  The mopping function is a lifesaver too! I was worried it might not be able to handle my wood floors, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was able to clean them with ease. It runs silently and the battery life lasts up to two hours on a single charge, which is more than enough for my entire house.  I highly recommend the Shark AI VACMOP 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum Cleaner to anyone looking for an efficient, convenient, and powerful cleaning solution. I have 2 cats and their furs are everywhere. Can you tell by my spotless floor that I have 2 hairy cats? This robot does its job. I don't have the time and energy to vacuum and mop daily. This robot can go under the bed, under all the furnitures. It's not as loud as the normal vacuum, my cats don't have to run and hide. I bought a Bissell robot and had to return because it kept running into furnitures, and I needed to rescue it. I wish I had bought it sooner, it would help me save so much time from cleaning.

Clean floor without any work

The AI Robot was not not good enough to sweep and clean the wall corners/edges. The spin brush is not good enough to extend and grab the dust and grains around the wall edges and corners.

Interestingly, when the robot tries to reach back to the dock or take off from the doc it creates a strong pulse from Sensor, which make the light to flicker. Infact, the parakeets creates a noise when that happens. 
I assume those pulse is creating some disruption to them.

This VACMOP has had problems with performance during the entire year after my purchase.  I strongly suggest NOT buying this product based on the constant quality issues I have been experiencing.  From day one, I followed the tedious and lengthy process of maintaining this VACMOP according to product manual instructions. Within a month of purchase, I had issues with it traveling into rooms that I did not program it to clean.  It also mopped areas that I designated as vacuum-only zones. And it would repeatedly clean one small area for no explainable reason. After dealing with numerous performance issues for 6 months, I was issued a replacement. I had to take the time and hassle to program and map my entire house again. Six months and 2 days after receiving the replacement, it started making a really loud noise and collected debris behind the filter instead of inside the collection bin. The company will only honor the warranty if a problem occurs during the first year, meaning that their replacement was only under warranty for 6 months. It conveniently stopped working two days after the warranty expired. I have experienced nothing but frustration from using this VACMOP. I wish I hadn't wasted so much money and time on such a horribly designed, poor quality product.

Constant problems with performance. Do not buy

Vacuum is the only one that works right when I start inserting the mop it just stays on one spot won’t explore.
