I received my Fitbit in the mail today and fully charged it in less than 2 hours and followed the quick steps. I'm at 5600 steps for just the last 5 hours of the day and I finally can track my heart rate. Battery life is still 96%. Excited to use the app and understand more…

I love it! It monitors my bpm, temperature, exercise… it's pretty simple, it shows message notifications, but I really don't need much more than that. For someone who works out and wants to monitor, it's perfect!

I'm very satisfied with my Fitbit 3. I love that you can see it in sunlight unlike the Fitbit inspire 2 the improvement and new locking your Fitbit before you swim, shower or are near water is another great feature.

Sick of buying things online, Walmart had my Fitbit Inspire 3 I wanted, bought it right off the shelf!!  My wrist is 5.5 in around so I needed something small but readable. I love my fitbit.  The watch band on this Fitbit Inspire 3 is soft, and flexible on my small wrist.  It also works great and is very close to my numbers I usually have gotten when tracking with other devices. I have a pacemaker so it's right on the money with both resting heart-rate, and during my activities.

Fitbit is now owned by Google.  And while this device performs exactly as described, the associated tools are not good.  First and foremost is the new app, It lost my 300  day 10,000 steps per day streak and appears not to measure streaks at all.  In fact many features seem to be deprecated from the new app.  They suggest that some features aren't available unless you tie your device to your google account and by 2025, you will have to connect your device only to a google account.  What? Why?  Perhaps Google wants even more personal information from their customers.  Also, while the battery life is 7 days for me, it gives no notification of a low battery like my previous FitBit.  If I forget to plug it just randomly stops working.  Not Good.  This is my fourth Fitbit device since they originally entered the market and likely my last; I am actively looking for an alternative device.

My "new" inspire 3 fitness tracker arrived in package that was already opened. The box it was shipped in was in terrible shape when it arrived. Then I open the shipping box to find the Watch box already opened. IMMEDIATE RETURN!

Worst!!! I would not even give it a one star

I would give this NO stars if I could.  Briefly let me share with you my Fitbit experience .

I bought the inspire 3 because I didn't want another Apple Watch or a huge tracker, I genuinely just wanted to start tracking some metrics regarding my health.  From day ONE thing thing was a piece of junk.  Out of the 20 plus days I wore it all day and while I slept, it only tracked approx 5-6 days of sleep and those not tracked wrong saying I was basically getting 3-4 hours of sleep a night, which was inaccurate .

Contacted customer support about all this because I also didn't feel it was tracking my steps or HR correctly.  I would love to think I'm some spectacular physical specimen…. But I can assure you I wasn't burning 5-6000 calories like it said I was per day.

Customer support made me jump through hoops for the better part of a week updating this or that and force stopping this or that,it still did not track.  They escalated their claim and I got yanked around for another two weeks…. Asking me to do the EXACT same stuff .update
Your Fitbit update your app clear device force stop hard reset blah blah blah.  I told them everything had been done, even redoing everything they asked me to.  I finally received another response this morning….. LITERALLY wanting me to redo everything I've done over the last month.  I'm done with this terrible tracker and went and bought a Garmin, I suggest you all do the same

The Fitbit is giving my wrist chemical burns.

I picked this FitBit up for a Mother's Day gift and unfortunately it's been a problem from the start.  There is a sharp piece of hard plastic protruding from the sensor module that causes skin irritation, so I contacted FitBit for an exchange, along with the attached close-up pic of the issue.  They responded that they wanted more pictures, some irrelevant such as pictures of the front and back of the device, pictures of the charging cable, etc all with a case number written on a piece of paper in each shot.  After a week of back and forth, they acquiesced and rather than replace the unit, offered a PayPal credit (they claim they don't do exchanges).  I don't do PayPal and don't intend to set up an account. So, after all this time, they want me to wait for the unit to arrive at FitBit, then they'll issue a credit through a 3rd party that I'll have to set up an account for and figure out how to get my money back, then have to go back to the store to buy another, or order online and wait some more.   Google has succeeded in ruining yet another perfectly good company unfortunately.  I decided to just return it through Walmart, but guess what... they don't take returns on FitBits apparently, so I'm stuck with a $100 reminder to never buy another FitBit, and now have a new concern about Walmart.  Advice to all... don't assume that Walmart will stand behind what they sell... you now have to check to be sure.
