I wear a size 8.5 women’s in Nike. 7 men’s fit perfect. Very comfortable.

Bought these for my young adult son who uses these for powerlifting. He loves the style, but most of all he loves the stability they give him when lifting. The shoe provides grounding so the ankle can flex deeply when squatting. Works great!

These are pretty comfortable as far as weightlifting shoes go. I wouldn't go for a jog in them, but I've worn them for some low impact accessory work after lifting, and they've been fine. Squatting in them feels great though. If you have any ankle or hip mobility issues, these will for sure help you with your depth. They are much less narrow than the other couple of lifting shoes I tried before making this purchase, and also the least expensive, so I would for sure recommend these. In case it helps anyone when choosing a size, I am a woman and wear a ladies size 9 in most athletic shoes, so I ordered these in a 7.5, but they were too tight in the toes, so I switched for an 8, and they fit great.

I wear an 11 in women’s and after a few returns settled on a men’s 10, so women instead of ordering 2 sizes down just order one size down

Would recommend them, very stable for squatting. But they are tighter than usual so go up in size!

Was a lot heavier and tighter than expected. My son didn't like the feel.

The shoe was a bit tight in the toe box on my right foot. I wouldn't have been able to get a larger size as these were already a bit loose.

Great weightlifting shoe! Not for casual wear as they are a bit rigid. Perfect for what they are meant for...getting in reps at the gym!

One of the best purchases I have ever made in my time weight training. I'm currently 17 years old, 6'1 and with fairly large feet. I had looked for weightlifting shoes for so long, I was recommended these exact shoes for what I wanted. They are amazing for the price and fit perfectly, just placed an order for my brother.

Fit and size were true to size. Excellent support for leg workouts. Definitely not for running.

Great shoe, fit perfectly, just go a half size up. Incredibly stable for oly lifts, heel raise enough to make up for ankle mobility. 10/10

I don't normally write reviews but these shoes are great for stability for powerlifting. I feel evenly balanced due to the flatness and my ankles are supported with the extra cushioned support. Squats and Deadlifts have definitely been improved and I feel I can now concentrate more on the muscle that's being targeted due to better form. A negative I must point out is the shoes are narrow and will be extremely tight with thick socks to thermal socks. These are not running shoes so if cardio exercises are to be done please take another pair of shoes to the gym.

These are my first powerlifting shoes and I'm a total beginner, but they've helped a lot with my form and depth. It clearly is an improvement comparing to lifting barefoot.

Comfortable shoe. I've been complimented so much in the gym. They are white so may get dirty but so far (6 months) I've kept them white.
