I love love love this book ! Jen! Where have you been all my life ?? I have yet to read a page that was not chocked full of well researched knowledge, forthright acknowledgement of the authors own issues and struggles, and right on the button insight into human nature. So much so that the light bulbs were and are constantly going off in my head . It’s easy to want to rush forward and throw yourself into a total remake of mind body and spirit.. but the author constantly and consistently reminds the reader that too much too fast will not get you where you want to go. The way the book is written is so easy and down to earth. I do not mean that all content is easy to assimilate .. not being that familiar with all the astrological vernacular and signs it’s a lot to digest . But one does not have to grasp it all at once. It’s an evolving journey into self . And a joy to read. I wish this book had been around 40 years ago who knows where my inward and outward journey would have taken me. Since I am still on this planet my journey is not done so I am going to keep on exploring and learning from this incredible author, teacher, therapist, guide by using this book as a guiding star to bring me face to face with me.

First off I had the privilege of reading an advance copy of this book. I am an avid astrology fan and know more than the basics. So I initially was impressed at how intelligent and well written this book is, yet " not over my head". This book covers deep and complex archetypal themes in astrology and somehow without losing its depth the author manages how to deftly show us clear ways to use this ancient system for our health and well being individually, while respectfully including the collective issues requiring healing. She underlines our common challenges like systemic racism in a sober way that helps the reader understand their place in the collective story without taking away from the individuals path to self actualization. It really is a book for our times right now. I also have applied a lot of what this book offered me and found it to be meaningful and timely. This is a book that will become a classic. Very useful now in our changing times. I read it cover to cover and I honestly couldn't put it down. Now I am working with it and I see why so many people need this book. Excited to see how this will change lives given we need all the help we can get these days!!

I absolutely loved Cosmic Health. Jennifer does an excellent job marrying the astrological with the physical and psychological in her groundbreaking book. Cosmic Health was recommended to me by a mentor. When I started reading it, I was an astrology novice who saw the field as very woo woo. Jennifer not only changed my mind, she showed me how understanding and accepting myself and then living with my natural rhythms can improve my health. I have a background in psychology and loved how she incorporated the best of positive psychology while also directly addressing some of its myths and dark sides. I've already recommended the book to ten friends and bought a second copy for my partner. My only problem with this book is that I wish I'd had it ten years sooner. Don't make that mistake. This book is the one that would have been amazing at the start of my journey and is just as great all these years in. Despite my love of astrology I cannot remember why a Pisces new moon is different from a Scorpio full moon. Or how to learn from Venus or Mars. This book can teach you the basics, but also be an encyclopedia to turn to. Jenn’s voice is supportive while also giving so much informative. Of all the astrologers I have met she is the most applicable and inspiring to life as we know it currently. Do not wait to buy this book!

I've been following Jennifer Racioppi for years and have always enjoyed her interpretations of astrology. This book is definitely packed full. As an avid reader of personal development books, I have found a common trend is repetition throughout many books and so I really appreciate the lack of fluff in this book. Every chapter serves a purpose (and adds even more benefit onto it through positive psychology, self-care, etc) and nothing is repeated. You can tell Jennifer has a plethora of information to share, and really want to get a lot into this book. I read this book extremely quickly, but I think the beauty of it will be as a reference guide. I have already used the index multiple times to remind me of things I would like to add to my own practices. If you are into wellness, health, astrology you will definitely enjoy this book :)
