I have been using this brand of shampoo and conditioner for over two years now and I will never use anything else. No other product has worked this well for my hair, my hair gets less greasy in between washes, and a bottle of each shampoo and conditioner will last me roughly 2 months each. Any other brand I have used has NEVER lasted me almost 2 months. I just tried the hemp seed oil and nana leaf product for the first time today and the smell is like no other, this particular scent is my new go to. Of course I also love that the product is natural and bottles are recycled so not only does it make my hair feel better but I feel better about using it.

I wanted to try this for a few weeks before I reviewed this and I was pretty happy with it. So, firstly, its sulfate free so that is wonderful! I found out that shampoos/conditioners without sulfates dont lather well because the lather comes from sulfates so keep this in mind. This lathers very little so i felt like I had to use more shampoo to get a sufficient (for me) amount of lather. It smells SUPER good, like a nice scent. Im terrible at describing smells, but it smells like men things which i enjoy because they smell great. The amount for the bottle seems pretty good, Im unfortunately not sure how much it costs since i got this for free so I cant include that into my rating. I'd recommend this as it didnt weigh down my hair (and I have A LOT) nor did it make it feel limp. It made my natural waves come out so beautiful without any attempts to do my hair. Id use this in the future when im down with this bottle and the other I stopped using to try this out. Super impressed.

The actual cleaning and benefits for the hair were alright, but good lord the scent was strong. If you aren't used to using hemp oil products, like I was, be forewarned the scent is super pungent. Like, it made my eyes water.

The Smell is Really Strong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soft and tangly hmmm. I wanted to love this shampoo more than I did but I couldnt. For my curly hair I cant say this was what I needed. It smells amazing and it seems as though a 2nd wash isnt necessary but my hair felt more tangly than usual. Oddly enough though it did feel nourished in some way, just not hydrated. The nana and hemp seed do something for my hair, I just need more.

I bought this because I had used the brand before and loved the others I used. When I tried this one as soon as I tried massaging the shampoo into my hair. All my hair became extremely knotted. I had to wash out immediately and use another brand just to smooth the knots. It also makes my hair feel very heavy and oily and has a very strong scent. This resulted in me having damaged hair from losing hair to breakage

Would not recommend for thin hair

I tried this for a while. Got through 1/3rd of the bottles. But it wreked my hair. Dullness and major breakage. I tried using less and conditioning more because I love the scent. But dont buy this stuff. I have 'normal' mostly straight caucasian hair. I had no luck with this which is a shame. Because I like the mission and adore the scent. Photo to prove Im a real customer and not just posting a bad review just because.
