I bought this about 3 weeks ago and have been using it non-stop. It's honestly the most matte sunblock (physical sunblock; thankfully not a chemical sunscreen) I have ever tried and loved! It replaced my holy grail Banana Boat tear-free sting-free baby sunscreen because I feel safer with a physical sunblock as opposed to the BB's chemical one. 
A little truly goes a LONG WAY like what other reviewers mentioned; because I made the mistake of ambitiously slathering a more-than-generous amount on my face and I ended up even more pasty-white than ever. And unlike my old love BB, this one will never cause any flyaway hair strands sticking to my face.

This sunscreen is fantastic.  It applies in a somewhat odd consistency like paste, yet dries quickly (for me within 5-10 minutes) and provides a tremendous layer of protection.  It does not feel oily or slimy once 'dried'.  This product had been strongly recommended by my dermatologist (after my dealing with skin cancer) and she was spot on!

for reference, I am 18 with combination skin and moderate breakouts at times.
I had been using the Coola sunscreen with niacin-amide in it and I had no real problems with that one, but I have been experiencing some pretty cystic breakouts so I thought maybe niacinamide was behind these. so I decided to try this product. I have a lot of anxiety about trying a new product because I'm so scared it will break me out! The texture of this sunscreen was super nice. I could put a lot of and it blended right in. it also wasn't super greasy looking or too matte, which is great for my combination skin. I will say it has the slightest “sunscreen” scent to it, which I don't mind because it reminds me of the beach! It also had very slight peeling, but it wasn't too bad at all. I am curious to see how this will last throughout the day. but first impression, I love it!

Love this product! It's the real deal! It seems sticky coming out of the tube but it applies smoothly and easily! I use this between moisturizer and foundation, allowing for a couple minutes drying time between layers. I strongly recommend this  product!

Zinc Dry Touch is great!!

I have used CeraVe's comparable brand of zinc sunscreen and I like Sheer Zinc Dry Touch better. It glides on smooth and absorbs quickly. And it doesn't leave a greasy feeling. If you take the time to apply and rub it into your skin it will be invisible.

Sheer Zinc Dry Touch Sunscreen - Excellent!

I use for surfing. There are pros and cons:
I need a mirror to apply evenly, I go for an even, slight white cast.
I only use on face and neck, facial hair is a complication. I use a shirt for arm/torso protection.
Seems to work for a couple of hours, which is as long as I have tried.
Does stain things if you touch them.
Actually difficult to remove. Takes multiple washes.
So, if you want a zinc product for water immersion, I think this is a great product. I do believe this is more water resistant than anything else I've tried, based on how hard it is to get off. Also, I feel like the zinc oxide is reliable protection and does not rely on some kind of biological activity to keep working. I plan to keep using it.

Seems great for water sports - heavy duty.

I had to get this for phototherapy for vitiligo becsuse I kept burning. I do not burn with this product! I love it!!

Works great for swimming and snorkeling. I used it for a trip to the Maldives and didn't get a sunburn the whole week. 

This sunscreen is incredibly white and sticky so would be hard to use as a daily sunscreen. I'd primarily recommend this product for swimming especially in areas with coral reefs (e.g. Mexico, Hawaii).

Very thick and difficult to smooth into face. Pulls the skin. Very white on the face and you can't blend it enough into the skin. When I sweat it gets even whiter. It's ok for the body but still leaves a white cast.

You'll look like a ghost

This product is on the list of sunscreens contaminated with benzene, a carcinogen.  When it is found to be free of benzene, I would buy it again.
