How To Use

Apply a generous amount of Protection Plan Upkeep Conditioner throughout wet hair. Leave on for 1-3 minutes, then rinse with cool water for extra shine. For the smoothest strands, start by washing with Protection Plan Upkeep Shampoo.

I love the scent of Gussi protection plan upkeep conditioner. It has a fresh pleasant scent . The packaging is very stylish , it looks pretty on my shower shelf . The product works ok , but for my dry hair I feel that I need more hydration. My hair didn’t feel soft enough after using the product. I wish it was more hydrating. May be if I would use it with the same brand shampoo it would work better . The product was gifted to me by Gussihair

How often should I use keratin conditioner?

Our conditioner with keratin can be used daily, especially if you have weak or damaged hair that is prone to frizz. After all, our keratin conditioner does wonders in taming frizz and keeping your hair smooth and healthy. Protection Plan™ Upkeep Conditioner is the perfect frizz control product for all hair types, including color-treated hair since it’s sulfate-free.
How long should keratin conditioner be left in hair?

After shampooing, we recommend leaving in the keratin treatment conditioner for 1-3 minutes before rinsing with cool water. Cool water helps to ensure your cuticles are sealed, further adding to your frizz-fighting toolkit. For extra nourishment, feel free to leave it on longer. See next question for more about that!
Can I use keratin conditioner as a hair mask?

Absolutely! After washing with our keratin shampoo, apply our conditioner with keratin all throughout your hair and let it sit for an extra 5-10 mins for extra deep nourishment before rinsing. This will make your hair super silky plus add an extra layer of protection from harmful heat. If your hair is severely damaged from bleaching or heat styling, you can also benefit from a leave-in keratin conditioner. For a DIY leave-in conditioner spray, take an empty spray bottle and add in one part Protection Plan™ Upkeep Conditioner to two parts water. Shake it up before each use, spritz liberally on wet strands, and voila- you have yourself a leave-in conditioner spray!
