Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Nowhere in the description of these avocados did I see the word small anywhere. They have "medium" size avocados and I would assume any avocado that's not marked "small" wouldn't be. On the packaging I received, they're called "little bitty has avocados" that is nowhere in the picture of the item I thought I bought. As you could see from the photo I was able to hold all six of them in one hand. And I'm a woman who does not have huge hands, but I feel like a giant next to these avocados.
These Avacados are very tasty and very good quality. I love them! Don't expect them to be ripe and ready to eat upon delivery though. Most times they arrive green and hard and will need to ripen. I leave them on my countertop and they usually are perfectly ripe within 2-3 days. I buy these regularly and have only ever received them ripe and ready to eat 1 time. If you don't mind waiting a few days for them to ripen, then they are definitely worth buying.
I really like that these smaller avocados are great for just one sandwich. The only problem is sometimes, they sit in the store too long. So if you have your groceries delivered, you don’t have the opportunity to check against the ones that are over ripe.
They are tiny. Most of them have no flesh - all there is is seed & skin. Skin is all shriveled, and it is very hard (in fact impossible) to know if they are ripe or not, at the end most of them go bad (or already bad when purchased).
