My criticisms of the gloves begin with the batteries. The batteries are 2700 mAh, which is actually better than most but the AKASO gloves that I also highly recommend come with 3200 mAh batteries. These gloves batteries are also charged through a USB (Type C) port compared to the AKASO that comes with a AC Adapter. If you don't mind charging the batteries through a USB port, these gloves are a great value and there is not much difference in how the batteries last. You get 2.5 hours on the highest setting, 4 hours on medium and over 7 hrs with lowest. The charging time is also slower and takes 6-8 hours for a full charge on both batteries. If you want extra batteries you also cannot purchase just extra batteries, but this is a minor inconvenience because the gloves are so affordable that if you really like them I would just buy an extra pair so you get extra batteries. Also the touchsreen fingertips do work, but not as well as other gloves I tried.
Though I do really like and highly recommend the AKASO gloves, the Mia & Coco gloves are actually my favorite primarily because of the design as everyday use heated gloves. From the velcro wrist strap to the material used in the construction of the gloves, these gloves are really nice and have no reservations wearing them for both outdoor activities and walking into the office wearing these gloves. I really appreciate the thought and effort that went into the design making these gloves currently the ones I wear for everyday use. Also these gloves here on Amazon only come in Medium or Large (At least when I purchased them) and if you need smaller or larger size then you will not be able to purchase them on Amazon. But if you are OK with the batteries, only be charged through a USB port, I would recommend these gloves and I even bought a cheap wall outlet with USB ports so I could conveniently charge these at home or at the office.
Here is the link for the AKASO gloves should you want to compare: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08CXFPXSG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1&psc=1
Therefore, I was VERY disappointed in other aspects of the gloves.
1. My first step was to charge these fully. That went just fine. I then turned them on high, to see how long they would last. They got very hot, which was nice. I’m not sure that they lasted three hours, because I got distracted. One of them discharged quicker than the other by about 20 minutes. The real disappointment came when I went to recharge the batteries. One of them lit up properly when I plugged it in and the other one didn’t. I thought this was a bad sign and I was right. The next morning I tried plugging them back in to the gloves and the one battery worked, while the other one did not. So the one battery only lasted for one charge and then died completely.
2. Another issue that I had was, as I had them on my hands I pulled the drawstring to tighten the gators around the wrists, and the one bungee cord just pulled right out of the plastic end piece. That’s the second picture that I have.
3. The final issue I had was that the material used on the palms does not seem to be very high quality, and I think it wouldn’t last very long. I don’t know this, but it seems like a cheap rubbery coating/vinyl/fake leather to me.

Temperaturen sind angenehm.
-The battery did not last more than 1 hour on high setting, and the worse is when the battery drops 2 bars the gloves do not provide the full heat.
i used them in various weather -8 ,-10 on the bike, they could not keep my hands warm for more than 15 minutes, despite being advertised as being able to provide hours of warmth. maybe it is a different case while walking
i am not sure if the sample I got has faulty batteries or if this is the general case
in short, The gloves don't deliver on their promises
