MiaBella Traditional Aged Balsamic Vinegar is handcrafted in small batches and carefully selected for your enjoyment. Each bottle of MiaBella contains only the finest quality traditional aged balsamic vinegar. Made of 100% Trebbiano grapes grown on the rolling green hills of Modena.

Balsamic vinegar might be the single best kept secret in a person’s pantry. With the perfect balance of sweet and rich flavors, the centuries old recipe is extremely versatile and can be used on salads, sauces, and marinades or drizzled over steaks, strawberries, and even ice-cream!
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar is made from a reduction of cooked Trebbiano grape juice called grape must and is nothing like the vinegar we find on most grocery store shelves. Originating in the Modena and Reggio Emilia regions of Northern Italy, Traditional Balsamic dates back to the Middle ages. First documented in a poem written in 1046, today’s traditional balsamic vinegar is a highly valued, sought after product known by few but loved by all who have had the opportunity to taste it.
At MiaBella Foods we are dedicated to bringing you the highest quality ingredients so that foodies and home chefs can create memorable culinary experiences that are worth sharing. Shop our entire collection for the perfect gifts for the food lover in your life.

Now that I have presented you with that undeniable fact, I can tell you a little more in detail about the "research methods" I used to substantiate such a claim:
Virtually every restaurant chef I've had the pleasure of speaking with has told me that no matter how talented you may be at cooking, the food you produce can only truly be as good as the ingredients you use. Taking them at their word, a graduate student in his mid twenties who only took up cooking as a hobby for two, core motivations, (1. A love for food and 2. to impress pretty women) would learn very quickly that they would need all of the high quality ingredients they could get! Being one such grad student, I quickly set out to seek the ingredients that would make me a star (in my own kitchen...with the ladies...).
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar was always quickly recommended by those with more cooking expertise than I, because TRUE traditional balsamic vinegar shouldn't be used as a cooking ingredient (because heating it would kill its distinct flavor) but rather as a compliment to your dish.
I tried a small number of other, cheaply made "Balsamic Vinegars" before i decided to take a leap and land with MiaBella. I will never have to look any further as i have stated earlier, Mia Bella Balsamic Vinegar is DELICIOUS!!! It has a pleasantly rich and complex sweetness, paired with that sought-after mellow tartness that is attributed to high quality, traditional balsamic vinegars.
I've used it on tons of my culinary creations! I'll use it as an additive of flavor for little things like drizzling over a salad, plating alongside strawberries to be used as a dipping sauce, and even used it to jazz up the traditional vanilla ice cream sundae! I've also used it to jazz up steak and chicken by simply drizzling it over the top after it has been grilled.
I'll admit that the price of MiaBella's Balsamic Vinegar was, at least initially, a little intimidating for someone in my situation. I mean, I'm a grad student (low budget) and was new to using balsamic vinegar (very little experience). But let me say that the price shouldn't deter you from purchasing this product. It should actually encourage you to purchase it! Rich, traditional balsamic vinegar is created through a complex process...and MiaBella's ain't your run-of-the-mill cheaply-made mockery of balsamic vinegar found at your local low price food store.
If you love food (and love making food to kill it with the ladies), then you'll love MiaBella's Balsamic Vinegar.
These guys aren't kidding about putting this stuff on anything and everything. I swear it's more versatile than ketchup or ranch dressing put together. How can I say this for a fact? Because you won't see me licking up the leftover ketchup residue off my plate, whereas I simply cannot fathom letting a drop of MiaBella go to waste!
The authenticity here is bar none. The packaging is exquisite and I literally feel like I have a piece of Italy right in my pantry.
This stuff makes an amazing gift too! Absolutely perfect for those folks who already have everything they need. You know those people for whom you always struggle to come up with a good birthday or christmas gift. They may have it all but you can almost guarantee they're not in on this little secret. So when they open their present, there's that look of shock and wonder, like "hmm, What is this mysterious little black bottle? I absolutely must know this instant!" You know what I'm talking about. The kind of look where you know that this is the first gift they actually want to try out. Well let me tell you, most people aren't used to real balsamic vinegar, so when you tell them to try it on ice cream, they might say "get out of here!" but when the spoon hit's their tongue you know you hit the nail on the head. And what's good for the goose is good for the gander so you just can't help but want to keep this stocked in your own pantry at all times.
