Much more compact & proportionate than 'gold strum', standing just knee-high. A compact clump of rich green foliage is covered with a dome of golden yellow blossoms. More floriferous than 'Goldstar' also. Light exposure: sun. Hardiness zones 4-10 habit: clumping. Perennial. Deer resistant, fall flowering, summer flowering. Drought tolerant, erosion control, native, naturalizing, tolerates clay, urban tolerant.
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I was looking all over for this specific flower. This was a good price and other reviews were good so I purchased one. It came packaged nicely and was in great shape. However, it's not blooming at all and it's looked like it will for 2 weeks now. Everything else was great so I hope I get some blooms soon and don't end up ripping them out.
We were worried when we shopped online what these would be like - but after looking at our local home improvement store the plants were dried out and yucky so we took a chance on these! So glad we did. The whole order came one plant per box. Expertly packed. No damage at all. One needed a drink as soon as it arrived but the other 11 were fine. We gave them two days to acclimate to the climate and in the ground they went. That was a week ago and they seem fine! Thanks for providing a great product!
I will not order from Premier again. This is what I received. With it already have been late in the season, because it’s not easy returning a plant and refund wasn’t an option l; I decided to see if I could nurse this poor thing back to live. Not sure if it was diseased or just dead but there was no bringing it back. I have ordered a lot of live plants/cuttings/starters/seeds online and have never received something in such horrible condition. Shame.
