I have shingles, and I needed something for the itching and burning of my skin, I did some research on this and found all kinds of lotions and body washing disposables that I am using to cut down on the itching and burning of my skin.

I have tried this lotion a handful of times so far, but been impressed. I noticed a difference even after the first time I used it.  It is a soft and silky day lotion. I have sensitive skin and I had no reaction at all.

My daughter has very sensitive skin and Burts bee's products are what we have found that works well for her and does not make her face break out. I like the reasonable price point and the availability of ordering online or picking up while I'm shopping in store. The product works well and has really helped with her dry skin.

I'm surprised this has such a low rating. 
 I'm new to BB's skin care line.  I've used so many high end products that just caused more problems like breakouts, greasiness and even hives!  All of the moisturizers that I have have spent a fortune on,  made me always breakout.  I think they did nothing but clog my pores - so for awhile I was using no moisturizers, not even at night.

  I'm 65, and I made sure I used this product for weeks before rating  it.  I'm very pleased with this product.  It is not greasy under my foundation as with all the other moisturizers I've tried,  and no breakouts, no dryness, no ultra sticky - tacky greasiness. Towards mid-day I would start to look like I had Vaseline under my makeup with other moisturizers because my face would become so greasy. I cannot believe I found something this great in a simple natural line of skin care.
 My skin is looking wonderful.

Perfect. I've used it for a month and it has reduced redness on my cheeks and evened out skin tone.  Lightweight and absorbs well.  I have extremely sensitive skin (and can't use retinols bc I get headaches from it). I get severe hives covering my body from lotions and fragrances so I'm very cautious about trying new things.  This is a great, gentle moisturizer. I've never had trouble with Burt's bees facial products.

Why on Earth do companies change formulas for no good reason? I have been using the old cotton extract formula for like 8 years. It came on the shorter rounder white bottle.  That moisturizer was fantastic.  Best on the market.  Then they decided to change it and totally ruined the product.  Majority of the “true” reviews say the same thing…bring back the old formula! Stop changing what works! This irritates my skin and it's been impossible to find a new moisturizer for me medical condition.  They lost a long time customer.
