- all returned items must be in exactly the same condition (unopened, unused, with factory seals intact and in its original packaging)
- all items returned in a different condition (factory packaging opened, seals removed, items tried or used) are subject to a partial refund of up to 60%
- all software and games that were opened or had factory packaging removed cannot be returned (as licences could have been activated)
- all warranties are provided by "Software Market Ltd" (not Apple, Dell, Microsoft, HP) and exactly per itemβs description
- all items that are sold as βfaulty/spares/for partsβ are sold as seen and come with no warranty, no refunds, no returns
- all our deliveries are Monday to Friday only, we do not normally post or deliver on Saturdays or Sundays (unless you contacted us beforehand)
- all international orders (outside UK) are subject to customs charges and processing times that could exceed 2 months
- all buyers who are rude, abusive, take advantage of return process or feedback system will be immediately reported to eBay
