What happens on the day?
On arrival at London Steakhouse Co. you’ll be seated and can start perusing the menu specifically created by award-winning chef Marco Pierre White. A cocktail will be served before the friendly and attentive waiters take your order. You may choose from a range of dishes for each course. The menu changes depending on seasonality but is sure to feature the finest quality produce available.
You can choose to enjoy either a lunch or an evening meal at this authentic-style steakhouse dining room featuring a stylish cocktail bar and vibrant atmosphere.
Additional drinks, side orders and desserts are not included but can be purchased on the day - sides are £5.25, desserts are £7.50. Tea and coffee are also available at an extra charge.
Please note: a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.

Availability
This experience is available Sunday to Thursday for lunch or dinner, excluding Valentine's Day.
Please note that if you would like to dine on a Friday or Saturday (lunch or dinner) then you may redeem the £39 value against the a la carte menu.
It is recommended that you book a date at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please note there is a 48 hour cancellation policy that applies to all meal reservations, after which time you won't be able to amend or cancel a reservation.
Please allow approximately 1 hour 45 minutes for the whole experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Spoilt at the London Steak house
A warm greeting. A relaxed atmosphere with great background music. Friendly staff who asked if it was a special occasion. Later our dessert appeared bearing the words happy anniversary in chocolate! Truly lovely food cooked to perfection. Only let down was the toilets that need a revamp / decoration to match the cosy tasteful decor in restaurant.

Lovely lunch
Had a lovely lunch at the Chelsea branch. We were an hour late due to appalling traffic, but they fitted us in and even made sure we were out in time for an appointment later on. Loved the cocktails, particularly the vodka one with cranberry juice. The food was lovely and we had a nost enjoyable time. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience
I received this as a birthday present. My partner and I arrived a little early but that was not a problem. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The set menu was great with good choice and options to add a different dinner at a supplement. The food was absolutely amazing! Would definitely recommend and go again.

Great Meal

Delicious
The food was amazing, steak and ribs (for starter) were delicious! Limited cocktail choice but great value to be included! Upon booking they took the voucher detail so that I didn't need to remember it on the day. This organisation and professionalism made it a lovely experience compared to a regular meal in town. The restaurant also added "Happy Birthday" to the dessert plate which was a lovely touch. I'd happily go back (with or without the voucher), and buy this gift for someone else.

Amazing food and service!
Such amazing food and really lovely, quality service. Everything was cooked to perfection and the steak just melted in your mouth. The waiter even gave us a dessert on the house. We will most definitely return, best steak we've had.

Lovely birthday treat
My son gave me the gift for a present . The food was delicious and very filing . My husband enjoyed the free cocktails but I had vodka which was very expensive but was easily a double . All the staff were amazing . Extremely friendly , a rare thing these days and we're always on hand if you needed anything . Whilst we ended up with a £100 bill . We ordered some extras on the food and we had 6 drinks between us . Plus desert . Wonderful evening wonderful and great atmosphere

Great place to dine
The whole experience was wonderful. The surroundings and music were very relaxing and we were treated with the utmost courtesy from the moment we arrived until we left. The food was absolutely delicious and we would have no hesitation in recommending the restaurant to our friends. We came away wishing we lived so much closer to London as we would happily dine there again.

Very nice lunch at Marco Pierre Whites in BishopsGate, although watch out when getting extras for your experience - they add vat and service charge on top which makes it expensive. Two additional cocktails came to over 30 quid.

Was a good meal for free
The food was good and the staff were friendly but it very much felt like everyone in the restaurant was using a voucher. Seemed to take away a bit from the romantic atmosphere you’d like. Also more casual than anticipated, not fine dining as expected which was fine for us but worth noting.

It was ok but I wouldn’t go again
I should say that the steakhouse staff were really helpful with us having to reorganise this and extend the voucher due to Covid. The steak offer itself is a rip off. Only one basic steak is included for each person. So if you want a bigger steak or a nicer meat cut you have to pay a supplement which starts at £12. Also no side dishes are included and these are all £5.25. And you only get a choice of 5 cocktails. Desserts were nice though. But it isn’t “free” unless you don’t want a lot.

Meal was great!
The food and service was amazing! The restaurant was truly lovely only let down was that most of the menu had a supplement to pay meaning the voucher was a bit misleading suggesting you would get 2 courses included when actually apart from 3 meal choices at the start (only 1 steak) you get meat (with supplement charge) and a starter or dessert. I understand it’s still good value for money though.

Very quick and easy to book online. Only complaint with the restaurant is that we had to wait nearly an hour to receive our first course which was very frustrating and somewhat spoiled the experience. The food however was excellent!

Dining experience
Whilst it was a lovely experience bought by our friends as a Christmas present.. we wouldn’t go again as too far to travel and still ended paying £70.00 for supplements and side orders! Starters were ok but required more toast / brioche with parfait and pate. We chose Porterhouse Steak with a supplement fee and steak was ok but had better! Thought that the steak should have come with at least one side order included in deal.. but didn’t!

Nice food shame about the hidden extras.
Food was lovely just not much of it and had to pay extra for things you would think were included. Starter of soup was nice but bread was charged extra for it. Main was Rump Steak but that is all you got, sides were extra. Cocktail was absolutely gorgeous though. Just a shame about the extras and the 12.5% service charge that they put onto the whole bill and not just the bits we ordered extra.

Very mediocre
Lovely setting However if you want a steak you only get the steak you have to pay crazy prices for sides! Not a lot of choice on the menu! Service was great! Food was nice but the steak sauce was sooo salty and wasnt the medium rare i asked for! Overall it was a nice day but wasn’t worth the price we paid

This is not a free meal!
Ended up spending £60 on top of the voucher as I ordered a steak and my partner a beef wellington, and it was exactly that! One piece of meat on a plate! No veg even! Had to pay for a potato side each. Got a desert each and a bottle of water for the table. £60 extra gone 🙄 Food was fine, not amazing but not horrible by any means

Not as great as you'd think..
Set menu consists of a choice of between 3/4 starters, mains and desserts. You had to pay a supplement for 70% of the other mains on the day. The voucher entitled you to literally the main, in our case, a piece of steak, that's all. Side salad, chips, potato's, eggs etc were all £4.75 supplement each. If you have a small appetite it's great, or don't mind spending another £20/£30 on the day. Tasty food, just a shame about the portions/mains.

Embarrassing
I have taken my friend for a two course dinner and quite frankly I was embarrassed. The service was good, however the food was so bad that I would not recommend it to anyone. We had steaks and it was tasteless. The one thing that saved the day was cocktails, which we got only one each.

Disappointing food
Unfortunately it would seem that you need to pay extra to get a decent meal as we went for the set menu included in the voucher experience and the quality of the food was very disappointing. We had one of the toughest steaks I’ve ever eaten, with over salted, greasy sides that were edible. Service was friendly.

total disappointment, avoid Virgin vouchers. they overcharge and overestimate the offering. it is an underground venue, dark and not very clean... feels like a pop up restaurant or a canteen

My ulltimate Experince...not
Well what an experience, not what I expected. It was a late Birthday meal at your Restaurant in London. When we arrived we were offered a Cocktail. We then decided on a main meal and a desert, we were told only two of the main meals were available. We decided on a steak 'medium rare', when it arrived we ordered chips as a side dish because there was nothing else with it. We could not cut into the steak due to fatty and stringy texture and not chewable. One desert was not available.

Worst steak experience ever
There were lots of extras to pay for no sides with meal just steak meat or fish no garnish. Had to pay £20+ towards meal. Sirloin steak was so chewy had to send it back. New one wasn't much better. I think it's disgusting that a restaurant can do this who would eat just meat this was a ripoff.

Poor value for money
I can only get to London at weekends so I was only allowed to use the value of my voucher (a gift) against the a la carte menu - not even the set menu. We had one course each (cheapest on menu) and a 500ml carafe of wine and the bill came to £83. Wouldn’t have minded if food was exceptional but it wasn’t. Very average. Service was good.
