Covered by 1,848 plastic nails, the Bed of Nails Acupressure Strap is a great tool for stimulating energy in the body for self-healing treatments and relaxation. The pressure of the rounded nails against the skin works like acupuncture, to relieve pain and tension, or increase circulation. The BON Strap allows you to reach those particular spots on the body needing extra healing and targeted treatment. Use your BON Strap when needed, preferably daily, for 10 to 20 minutes or as long as you desire.
Apply the nails directly to the area of your body you want to treat, against the bare skin or through light clothing, and use the ribbons to tie around that body part to keep the strap in place.
A few suggested areas for use, but not limited to;

Handwash only in lukewarm water. Rinse by hanging and shower off. Let hang dry.

A bit awkward
Love that it’s probably and flexible but generally I find it a bit awkward to position and the straps seem to be pointless and unnecessary long (…could be user error on my part?)

Pretty good
This is a nice small size that means you can target smaller specific areas of the body. It does have an acupuncture like effect and does seem to relive tension and muscle pain. It does make the skin very red though after use so best to use it when you’re not about to go out (if that area would be on show).
