Custom and personalized orders
Almost all of my orders are customized, I welcome anyone with an idea to send me a message and see if we can design a product together that will work for you!
Any order that doesn't match the listing photography are considered custom
Do you allow returns or cancellations?
For all items, customs and otherwise, my shop reserves the right to decline returns for ANY reason. Cancellation requests can be submitted no later than 48 hours after initial purchase, any request made after this time will NOT be honored.
Any granted refunds will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee at the Seller’s discretion, and must be requested within 14 days of delivery date.
Due to the custom nature and effort required for individual pieces, I cannot accept most returns, but promise to work with all customers personally to make sure their product is perfect before shipment, and will accommodate all customer requests to the best of my ability.
Do your hats light up?
Yes! However, unless you specify clearly that you do or do not want a light up hat, I cannot guarantee your hat will/won’t light up. All light up hats come preloaded with batteries for your convenience but in the event a light up hat doesn’t work with the button inside, try some “percussive maintenance” (aka lightly tap the hat a few times). If after this your hat still doesn’t light up, try replacing the internal batteries. Please contact me directly if neither of these work, and I’ll work with you on a solution!
How accurate are shipping estimates?
Consider any estimate given by Etsy just that- an estimate! As a seller, I am liable for shipping you order by a certain dates (2 weeks for standard orders, 1 week for rush orders).
Because of the nature of shipping delays, unless you've been given a confirmed delivery date by myself prior to ordering, no refunds will be granted based on delays by shipping carriers
Custom and personalized orders
Good question! Here's a simple ordering guide:
Primary color = Glitter (for info on what color matches a specific listing photo, scroll to the bottom of the item description!)
Trim: What lines the outer edges of the hat (all options include lights!)
Do you give refunds if my package is stolen/lost?
When a transaction is marked as "Delivered" by the postal carrier, it is considered completed based on my shop policies.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct, and may contact me directly to set up signature confirmation for deliveries if they are worried about packages being stolen.
Any missing or stolen packages should be reported to a customer's local post office as a first step, and local police department if mail theft is suspected.
