This is an awesome tool for smoking and grilling food items. The 5 star experience began at the order on-line, easy to navigate the web page to place order. Shipping works perfectly, arrived on time and contents unscathed. The assembly was smooth and simple, every piece was a perfect fit with all fasteners accounted for. Startup and 1st conditioning was simple, cooking is what you would expect if you have grilled or smoked before. I never cooked anything using low and slow, but wow my 1st rack of ribs at 9 hours were as good as any restaurant I have ordered from. Turn up the heat a bunch and my second cook of chicken wings were to die for. Wish I had purchased this smoker/grill years ago! Thanks ASMOKE, now how are you going to top this it's already perfection. 😀

I shopped around and this is the most bang for your buck. it has a big 25 lbs pellet hopper, plenty of storage.  plus 5yr warranty.

Cooks like a dream.

This is my first pellet grill. Very easy to use. Warms up very fast. The meat is always grilled to perfection which never happened with my charcoal grill. My family definitely recommends this grill.

Amazing grill!

Instructions clear, all parts clearly marked. Took my husband and me a little more than two hours to assemble. I bought smoker for his birthday. He absolutely loves it. Cooks ribs and pork roast to perfection. No smoky smell in your clothes. Pellets are a little expensive but user friendly.

Great smoker

I have owned this grill / smoker for about a year now.  It is well worth the money and I use it all the time to grill and to smoke.  I love the fact you can take the plate off and have an open flame.  The only reason it is 4 stars and not 5 is it came with broken grill grates like shown in other reviews.

ASMOKE AS660N1 Wood Pellet Grill and Smoker

Would like to given it a 5 but have some issues so I gave it a 4. First I read the manual and did the initial pre test. Then loaded the hopper and tested to see if pellets were entering the chamber and in about 45 seconds to 1 minute the auger stopped turning. Turned off the unit and then turned it back on and it started turning again. Thought it was just a fluke but time will tell. Did a smoke of chicken wings and it did a good job except I had to keep moving the pellets to go into the auger. It was only using the pellets over the auger port and the other pellets had to be repositioned to drop into the opening. So it's not a set and forget pellets smoke. Second smoke attempt on Thanksgiving Day was a turkey. I raised the left side of the smoker about 3/8&quot; to fix the pellet issue I had but had the same thing. The temperature fluctuated greatly this time, but maybe due to the 45° temperature we were having. I would set the dial to 250° and the temperature would drop to 180° and then would rise to 270°, so I had to constantly keep an eye on it. Maybe the next time I smoke something it will be different and I can give an update. The minor issue I also had was after unboxing the unit it was missing the probe clip. Also I found out the the 877 support number in the manual and on the website (which are the same) gives you a error message so you can't actually talk to someone, so you have to email your question or issue and wait for a answer or solution.

the smoker works very well we use it very often!! I only wish it was handled with more care during delivery as it had some broken parts. other than that its great!

This was a very good product purchase.  One exception is that an important piece was broken in the shipment and I wanted it replaced.  The only option I have is to return the whole product.  I don't want to do that as the grill is all assembled and I don't have a way to return it without disassembling the whole thing.  I want the broken piece replaced.  Except for this the product is great!
