Customers like the connectivity of the bicycle. They mention that it's perfectly integrated, connects to biking apps that make riding even more realistic, and has its own app for workouts. Customers also love the apps, saying that it includes a lot of workouts by default with no subscription fee. The free mobile app includes optional free workouts, guided training, and virtual rides. The training in the app is fine, but some customers bought mostly to use Zwift.

Awesome exercise bike. Does everything I expected. Flexes a tiny bit.
I love the AI connected features. This is what's been missing in most bikes in this price range. The AI gym app intelligently adjusts the resistance to keep you at a the right cadence and power level for the workout plan you chose. Most exercise bikes in this price range (<$500) only have a manual adjustment knob and use friction based resistance with a heavy flywheel. This uses magnetic resistance (and a flywheel) that is electronically controllable by many apps. It is pretty quiet also.Having it be electronically controllable means it can adjust the difficulty to your abilities intelligently instead of you potentially over exerting yourself and getting demotivated. The AI gym app being free and no subscription was a smart move on Renpho's part. Honestly it's got everything I would need: intelligent workout sessions, video spin classes (pre recorded video) and scenic ride videos. All that's missing is a VR mode 🙂 (renpho any plans for VR?). I'm pretty satisfied with it.Improvement suggestions:1. The AI gym app should auto connect to the bike and heart rate monitor when opening the app, having to hit reconnect is mildly annoying.2. When I have it installed on my phone, allow me to setup a workout schedule so the app reminds me to work out.3. Connection/Integration to Google Fit, Samsung Health, and Apple Health would be good. Lots of us like to collate our data.4. An app on Samsung smartwatches. It would be cool to not even need my tablet if I don't want to, or use my smartwatch as a heart rate monitor.5. Social features: let me bug my friends on Facebook. The bike itself is intelligently budgeted. What I mean by that, is in order to keep it affordable, instead of making cheap versions of all the bells and whistles, it looks like they started with the quality of a pelaton, and asked "what can we remove or change that wouldn't compromise on quality?" I like this approach. Renpho will be giving Pelaton a run or should I say "bike" 😆 for their money 👍The only real negative to the bike: 265 LB weight limit sucks. I have some friends who are a little over that, that I would recommend this bike to. I don't know if they were being overly cautious with that weight limit or what, but my 275 Lb friend can't ride this. Hopefully the pro version will have a higher weight limit when it comes out.

5.0 out of 5 stars Elegant Simplicity and Better than I Ever Imagined!

I'm duly amazed! I have been using this bike for over a month now and have been incredibly impressed by it. From the initial setup, to moving it around, to using it both by itself and with the Renpho and Zwift apps, everything has been really easy and elegantly implemented. When I say simplicity, I don’t mean to say that it lacks functionality though, just that its all very easy to understand and access all of its functions. I put it together really quickly and probably took a glance at the instructions twice as it was almost completely self explanatory.

I have hooked it up to both my iPhone and my iPad air and both have worked wonderfully and seamlessly. The app in concert with the bike have changed the in-home workout experience so much that I actually look forward to it. The way it changes to personalize the riding experience to you is so cool to have on a bike at this price point and so its always presenting a challenge to meet if you want it to without having to drum up some optimized routine on your own. Basically, it just works which is something that I am valuing a lot more.

Because of the pandemic, probably like a lot of people, I have had little access to exercise equipment and my knees just can’t take the stress of walking/jogging so something that is impact free is necessary if I want to keep at it. My old (outdoor) bike doesn’t really work so well and isn’t safe anymore so rather than fixing it or buying a new one, I opted to try out the in-home exercise bike option. After looking around a bit, I found this Renpho one and have always really liked their stuff for how inexpensive it is for the quality of it. This bike doesn’t disappoint either! It has a small footprint, is easy to move around and store, and actually looks really nice! Most other bikes seem to have excess details, colours, and fins or something that I always thought looked ugly but this one keeps it simple and clean which is great for a more modern design aesthetic and it blends into the space really well. Literally no one else seems to have gotten this right.

The riding experience is also really fantastic! It has all the adjustments necessary to get the right fit for I think anyone. Im 6’ tall and my girlfriend is 5’4 and we both fit on it easily after 10 seconds worth adjustments. You can adjust the seat height, the handlebar height, how far forward/back the seat is, and the seat tilt. If you don’t like the seat or pedals, it uses standard bike parts so you can switch those out to whatever you have or want. It goes from incredibly low resistance to very difficult - like trudging a bike up a steep muddy hill - so there is always a right resistance to hit the cadence I need depending on what kind of workout I’m looking for.

I love that it doesn’t have a large low-quality screen taking up space and making it more expensive and break-prone than necessary. We all have plenty of screens that we can use with it anyways, so the screen platform is perfect and my phone and iPad haven’t ever come close to slipping off. The single simple dial is all you really need. Its stable, and surprisingly quiet and the pedal action is the first I’ve felt that I like this much. Its actually like riding a bike outdoors on a smooth road while other exercise bikes that I tried have a more artificial feel that you know if you've had to deal with it.

In the end, exercise equipment is only good if it helps you get in shape. I have to say that having this has motivated me to put in at least a few minutes every day to keep up my cardio health, and I find myself spending a lot more time on it than I even thought I would because its so easy to hop on and off whenever you have a few spare min.

I’ve lost a bit of weight, yes, but I’m not particularly overweight, so for the most part, I just feel much better mentally and physically since I’ve been using it. I can definitely say its helped my motivation and energy and its nice to know I can exercise while catching some news or watching a tv show or even a movie.

This bike punches way above its price point and I only wish I had gotten it earlier.
