Hi, I thought all prenatal has DHA. I don’t see DHA in the supplemental facts. Did I miss it?

While DHA is essential during pregnancy, it’s not shelf stable when combined with other ingredients and is best accessed via food or as a separate supplement. I did not know they had a little heart shape infused mint tabulate that makes the prenatal smell and have a minty flavor so there is no smell like other prenatals, I had one that just the smell made me my stomach sick just by opening the bottle. So this is my second month having and I plan to do it all pregnancy and afterwards too!!!

I chose Beli because it had the best nutrient profile compared to most prenatals on the market. I never had issues stomach-wise taking these. I utilized the auto-ship feature every month, so I never worried about running out. I'm currently 4 weeks PP, and still taking these vitamins, and will continue until I run out. Would use again, would highly recommend!

I've really been enjoying the Beli prenatals. I thought at first that 3 capsules per day was going to be difficult but it's been easy for me to take 2 after breakfast and 1 after lunch. I never feel nauseous with it either. I also recently learned that Beli uses folate instead of folic acid which is a much more natural and healthy option for women trying to conceive.
